To-Do List in preparation for Regionals

Task: Conduct a To-Do List for Regionals

After winning Inspire 2 at the U League Tournament and advancing to regionals, our CAD and Build Team put together a to-do list for the next 3 weeks. We hope this to-do list will keep us on task, and ensure we keep our goal in mind, making sure we are ready for regionals.

To-Do List

figure out how far back the servo horn on intakes goes past the base plate
shift arm extension motors down a little bit (extend plate which connects them to linear slides) so we can shift them further down and make space for another swerve plate
consider adding a wedge to attach the shoulder to the base plate so motor kinda points out the back - 15 degrees
move servo powering things to the side plates
adjust 3 mm cf side plates to 2 mm
add usb power bank
make a new copy of chassis to start messing with
on new version, maybe make battery vertical so it doesn't conflict at all with arms
circular shields for the underside of swerve - 1 cm from the floor
make copy of speciminer and put in new mount
figure out the angle shoulder needs to make to pick up from wall
even shorter stock on this version of speciminer
figure out way to shield limelight + stop pixels from getting stopped around there
how to mount LEDs (potentially ring lights?)
clippable top which attaches ring lights to the top of the swerve motors
edit cat plate
actually change the sampler angle so it works (33 degrees from og point)
fix cf geometry on sampler
pull in servo mounting on nylon
rebuild sampler with new angle (so new robot actually works lmfao)
CAM chassis

These are our current ideas of how to prevent samples from falling into our robot:

add a thin shield which lines the inside of the innermost, HDPE plastic sheet with the ability to spill sideways (maneuver past the motor which controls rotation of shoulder
for what keeps stuff out of the rest of the robot, try to get samples to fall over the side walls
make it very easy to detach bc it's gonna be opaque and a hindrance to maintenance
